Hi, I’m Candice!

I am a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, and a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I am a guiding light if you are on a spiritual journey, a writer, a curator of community, and committed to creating space for you to share, grow, and heal in a way you never thought possible.

I am interested in our innate ability to heal and grow. I rely on intuitive arts, trusting my senses, and learning from the lived experiences of others while integrating that into my own experience. It is more important now than ever to create space, hold yourself in compassion, evaluate where you’re at without judgement and nurture your nervous system. Mental, emotional, physical, social, spiritual, and sensory self-care make up who we are, and how we walk in the world is a reflection of where we’re at within. So come and sit with me, find some calm in this crazy world we’re navigating, tell me your story, and learn how to love and trust yourself again.

My Approach

I am an interdisciplinary therapist with an organic approach, co-created and body-centered.

As a facilitator in your healing process, I combine my knowledge and experience of traditional talk therapy methods, bodywork, intuition and artistic practice to co-create your ideal individual experience. The essence of our work together is holistic in nature so by making space, giving permission, hearing your voice and always leaving room for more, you will discover who you really are, heal your body, heal your life’s story and live authentically.
